Aspek karyawan dinilai memainkan peran penting untuk memastikan organisasi tetap produktif dan menguntungkan, memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik akan dapat menciptakan kinerja baik untuk organisasi Efektifitas organisasi dianggap yang paling penting dalam keuntungan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi job performance adalah organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior pada Kyriad Muraya Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh secara total sampling terhadap 110 orang karyawan Kyriad Muraya Hotel. Untuk menjawab hipotesa yang menghubungkan antar variabel independen dan dependen pada model penelitian yang diajukan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Sementara, pengaruh efek mediasi (intervening) diukur dengan melakukan path analysis. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance dan organizational citizenship behavior tetapi perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior memediasi perceived organizational support dan psychological empowerment terhadap job performance.

The employee aspect is considered to play an important role in ensuring the organization remains productive and profitable, having good human resources will be able to create good performance for the organization. Organizational effectiveness is considered the most important in the profitability and sustainability of the organization. Several factors that can influence job performance are organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment. This research aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment on job performance which is mediated by organizational citizenship behavior at the Kyriad Muraya Hotel. This research uses primary data obtained by total sampling of 110 Kyriad Muraya Hotel employees. To answer the hypothesis that connects the independent and dependent variables in the proposed research model, this research uses the Structural equation modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software. Meanwhile, the influence of the mediation (intervening) effect was measured by conducting path analysis. The research results show that perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment have a positive and significant effect on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior, but perceived organizational support has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The research results also found that organizational citizenship behavior mediates perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment on job performance.
