Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengentahui Pengaruh Knowledge Managemant Dan Talant Management Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Employee Retention pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Banda Aceh. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 122 karyawan pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Banda Aceh. Tehnik penggambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan metode probability sampling. Sesuai dengan ketersediaan data dan tuntunan analisis, maka peneliti menggunakan statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) IBM 26 untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel knowledge management dan talent management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee retention, variabel knowledge management dan talent management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, employee retention memediasi secara parsial knowledge management dan talent management terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of knowledge management and talent management on employee performance mediated by employee retention at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Banda Aceh Area. The number of respondents in this study were 122 employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Banda Aceh Area. The sampling technique used was the probability sampling method. In accordance with data availability and analysis guidance, the researcher used IBM 26 statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management and talent management variables have a significant effect on employee retention, knowledge management and talent management variables have a significant effect on employee performance, employee retention mediated parsially knowledge management and talent management on employee performance.
