UMKM Bili Droe merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri kerajinan tangan menggunakan bahan baku utama tanaman bili. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu UMKM Bili Droe belum pernah melakukan analisis impact dari proses produksinya, sehingga tidak diketahui apakah proses produksinya yang telah dilakukan selama ini menghasilkan output yang menguntungkan atau tidak, serta bagaimana dampaknya terhadap aspek-aspek lain. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui impact dari proses produksi UMKM Bili Droe, kemudian mengintegrasikannya dengan analisis Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results (SOAR) agar UMKM Bili Droe dapat lebih berfokus pada hal-hal positif yang dapat dikembangkan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan impact-nya dan memanfaatkan secara optimal potensi-potensi yang dimiliki. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi UMKM Bili Droe memiliki impact positif terhadap aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, sosial, inovasi dan pemberdayaan, dimana beberapa diantaranya yaitu 100% pekerja merasa terbantu untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya, serta 100% masyarakat merasakan manfaat dari adanya proses produksi UMKM Bili Droe. Berdasarkan analisis SOAR, maka didapatkan 12 usulan strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan impact dari proses produksi UMKM Bili Droe, beberapa diantaranya yaitu dengan memproduksi produk ready selain yang sudah dipesan melalui pre-order, merancang ulang tata letak dan fasilitas di UMKM Bili Droe, serta berkolaborasi dengan social influencer untuk mempromosikan produk-produk UMKM Bili Droe.

UMKM Bili Droe is an MSMEs engaged in the handicraft industry using the main raw material of the bili plant. The problem that occurs is that Bili Droe MSMEs has never carried out an impact analysis of its production process, so it is not known whether the production process that implement so far has produced profitable output or not, and how much it is impact to the other aspects. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the impact of the Bili Droe MSMEs production process, then integrate it with SOAR analysis so that Bili Droe MSMEs can focus more on positive things that can be developed, so as to increase their impact and optimally utilize their potentials. The results of the study show that the production process of Bili Droe MSMEs has a positive impact on economic, environmental, social, innovation and empowerment aspects, such as 100% of workers feel helped to sufficient their needs and 100% of the community receive the benefits from the production process of Bili Droe MSMEs. Based on the SOAR analysis, 12 proposed strategies were obtained that can be implemented to enhance the impact of the Bili Droe MSMEs production process. Some of these include producing ready-made products in addition to those ordered products through pre-order, redesigning the layout and facilities at Bili Droe MSMEs, and collaborating with social influencers to promote Bili Droe MSMEs products.
