Abstrak-Pemasangan panel surya saat ini kebanyakan masih diletakkan hanya menghadap ke satu arah (statis) dan pemantauannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut digunakan solar tracker yang mampu mengikuti pergerakan matahari dan sistem monitoring yang dapat memantau (monitoring) output dari solar tracker melalui aplikasi pada smartphone tanpa harus melihat alatnya secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe 3-DOF solar tracker dan sistem monitoring untuk memonitoring output solar tracker berupa tegangan, arus, daya, suhu, intensitas cahaya, sudut kemiringan panel surya dan nilai sudut setiap servo dari 3-DOF solar tracker berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan 3-DOF solar tracker dapat mengikuti pergerakan matahari sebesar 1○ setiap 4 menit dan semua parameter yang di monitoring yaitu intensitas cahaya sekitar, suhu lingkungan sekitar, kemiringan panel surya, nilai masing masing servo serta tegangan, arus dan daya yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya dapat dimonitoring melalui aplikasi Android dengan akurat setiap satu menit.

Abstract-Most of the installation of solar panels is currently only placed facing one direction (static) and monitoring is still done manually. To overcome this, a solar tracker is used which is able to follow the movement of the sun and a monitoring system that can monitor the output of the solar tracker through an application on a smartphone without having to look at the device directly. This study aims to design a prototype 3-DOF solar tracker and monitoring system to monitor the output of the solar tracker such as voltage, current, power, temperature, light intensity, tilt angle of the solar panel and the angle value of each servo from the Internet of Things-based 3-DOF solar tracker. (IoT). Based on the tests that have been carried out, the 3-DOF solar tracker can follow the sun's movement by 1○ every 4 minutes and all the parameters monitored are ambient light intensity, ambient temperature, solar panel tilt, the value of each servo as well as the voltage, current and power supplied. generated by solar panels can be monitored through an Android application accurately every one minute.
