Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kutaraja, Lampulo adalah pusat pengolahan perikanan terbesar di kota Banda Aceh yang berpotensi dan berhadapan langsung dengan alur pelayaran internasional. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penangkapan sangat bergantung pada faktor produksi alat penangkap ikan. Terdapat ketidakpastian terhadap faktor produksi armada pukat cincin pada efektifitas produksi hasil tangkapan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tren dan faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara dengan penentuan jumlah responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan pada bulan April tahun 2023. Hasil wawancara dengan petugas Syahbandar berupa pendataan hasil tangkapan yang menunjukkan bahwa tren produksi hasil tangkapan alat tangkap pukat cincin bersifat fluktuatif dengan produksi tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Oktober sebesar 2,209,144 kg dan produksi terendah terjadi pada bulan Mei sebesar 749,112 kg dengan rata-rata produksi per tahun sebesar 6,042,699 kg. Wawancara dengan nelayan berupa informasi terkait faktor yang digunakan pada produksi dengan alat tangkap pukat cincin dengan hasil wawancara adalah secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh, namun faktor persial yang paling mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan adalah ukuran kapal, hal ini terlihat dari nilai koefisien yaitu 474,777 dan dilanjutkan oleh pengalaman pawang, tinggi jaring, daya mesin, jumlah bahan bakar minyak, panjang jaring dan koefisien berpengaruh negatif yaitu jumlah anak buah kapal dan lama trip.

Samudera Kutaraja Fishing Port, Lampulo, is the largest fish processing center in the city of Banda Aceh, which has the potential and directly faces international shipping routes. The success of fishing activities heavily relies on the production factors of fishing gear. There is uncertainty regarding the production factors of purse seine fleets and their effectiveness in catching fish. The aim of this research is to determine the trends and production factors that influence the catch results. The research methods employed include literature study, observation, and interviews, with the determination of the number of respondents using purposive sampling techniques conducted in April 2023. The interview results with the harbor master officer, which involved the collection of catch data, indicate that the production trend of purse seine gear is fluctuating, with the highest production occurring in October, amounting to 2,209,144 kg, and the lowest production occurring in May, amounting to 749,112 kg, with an average annual production of 6,042,699 kg. Interviews with fishermen provide information regarding the factors utilized in the production using purse seine gear. The interview results indicate that all variables have simultaneous effects on the catch results, with vessel size being the most influential factor, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 474,777, followed by the handler's experience, net height, engine power, amount of fuel oil, net length and the coefficient has a negative effect, namely the number of crew members and the length of the trip.
