Pandemi COVID-19 masih belum benar-benar berakhir dan pemerintah masih gencar dalam upaya menurunkan angka kejadian. Vaksinasi COVID-19 menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengendalikannya demi membentuk kekebalan pada suatu kelompok. Kecamatan Darussalam menjadi salah satu daerah yang cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19 belum maksimal di Aceh Besar, hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan herd immunity sehingga dibutuhkan berbagai upaya demi meningkatkan pentingnya vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19 di masyarakat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 393 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan sendiri dengan variabel pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19 yang dibagikan melalui tautan link google form, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 86,3% responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, 91,3% responden memiliki sikap yang baik dan 80,2% responden memiliki tindakan yang baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan yang baik terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi salah satu sumber informasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan wawasan terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19, serta masyarakat disarankan untuk tetap selalu mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan.

The COVID-19 pandemic is still not over and the government is still intensively trying to reduce the incidence rate. COVID-19 vaccination is one solution to control it in order to form immunity in a group. Darussalam District is one of the areas where COVID-19 vaccination coverage has not been maximized in Aceh Besar, this can affect the success of herd immunity so that various efforts are needed to increase the importance of COVID-19 vaccination in the community. This study aims to determine the picture of knowledge, attitudes and actions towards COVID-19 vaccination in the community of Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study amounted to 393 respondents by sampling using accidental sampling technique. The data collection tool used a self-developed questionnaire with variables of knowledge, attitudes and actions towards COVID-19 vaccination shared via a google form link, then analyzed using SPSS to see the frequency and percentage distribution. The results of this study were 86.3% of respondents had good knowledge, 91.3% of respondents had a good attitude and 80.2% of respondents had good actions. So it can be concluded that the majority of people have a good level of knowledge, attitudes and actions towards COVID-19 vaccination. It is hoped that this research can be a source of information to increase understanding and insight into COVID-19 vaccination, and the public is advised to always follow the established health protocols.
