ABSTRAK
Kerang Anodonta sp. merupakan salah satu komunditas yang berada di perairan Danau Aneuk Laot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Jenis –jenis ektoparasit yang menyerang kerang Anodonta sp. serta mengetahui prevalensi dan intensitas ektoparasit yang terdapat pada kerang tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022 - Januari 2023, di perairan Danau Aneuk Laot kota Sabang Provinsi Aceh. Uji analisis sampel dilakukan pada Laboratorium Histologi dan Nutrisi Ikan Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga jenis parasit yang menginfeksi kerang yaitu Chironomus sp., Strongyloides stercoralis dan perkinsus sp. Nilai prevalensi ektoparasit tertinggi yaitu Chironomus sp. sebesar 33,3% termasuk dalam katagori infeksi biasa dan nilai prevalensi terendah yaitu perkinsus sp. termasuk dalam katagori infeksi sering. Nilai Intensitas dari ektoparasit yang ditemukan pada kerang yaitu Chironomus sp. sebesar 1,2 ind/ekor, Strongyloides stercoralis sebesar1,3 ind/ekor dan perkinsus sp. sebesar 1 ind/ekor termasuk dalam katagori rendah.

Anodonta sp. is one of the communities in the waters of Lake Aneuk Laot. This study aims to determine the types of ectoparasites that attack the clam Anodonta sp. as well as knowing the prevalence and intensity of ectoparasites found in these clams. This research was conducted in November 2022 - January 2023, in the waters of Lake Aneuk Laot, Sabang City, Aceh Province. Sample analysis tests were carried out at the Histology and Fish Nutrition Laboratory, Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Syiah Kuala University. The results showed that there were three types of parasites that infect mussels, namely Chironomus sp., Strongyloides stercoralis and perkinsus sp. The highest ectoparasites prevalence value was Chironomus sp. 33.3% was included in the category of ordinary infections and the lowest prevalence value was perkinsus sp. included in the category of frequent infections. The intensity value of the ectoparasites found in clams, namely Chironomus sp. 1.2 ind/ bivalvia, Strongyloides stercoralis 1.3 ind/ bivalvia and Perkinsus sp. 1 ind/ bivalvia included in the low category.
