Pemerintah melalui Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas untuk melaksanakan suatu program pengelolaan penyakit kronis bagi penderita penyakit kronis yang bertujuan memelihara kesehatan peserta untuk mencapai kualitas hidup yang lebih baik yaitu Prolanis. Keberhasilan kegiatan Prolanis harus disertai dengan keikutsertaan keluarga sebagai pendukung utama. Dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan minum obat sangat membantu keberhasilan pengobatan pasien penyakit kronis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien Prolanis di Puskesmas Batoh, Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional dengan total sampel sebanyak 74 orang peserta prolanis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan pada peserta prolanis di puskesmas batoh yang memiliki tingkat kepatuhan minum obat rendah sebanyak 33 orang (44,5%) dan tinggi sebanyak 41 orang (55,5%), didapatkan juga hasil dukungan keluarga kurang baik sebanyak 8 orang (10,8%) dan baik sebanyak 66 orang (89,2%). The government, through the Health Social Security Organizing Agency, is working with the Puskesmas to implement a chronic disease management program for people with chronic diseases that aims to maintain the health of participants to achieve a better quality of life, namely Prolanis. The success of Prolanis activities must be accompanied by the participation of the family as the main support. Family support and medication adherence are very helpful in the successful treatment of chronic disease patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family support and medication adherence in Prolanis patients at the Batoh Health Center, Banda Aceh. This type of research is observational analytic with cross sectional design with a total sample of 74 prolanis participants. Data collection techniques through filling out questionnaires. Analysis of the research data using chi-square to determine the relationship between the two variables studied. Based on the results of the study, it was found that prolanis participants at the Batoh Health Center had a low level of adherence to taking medication as many as 33 people (44.5%) and high as many as 41 people (55.5%), also obtained the results of poor family support as many as 8 people (10 .8%) and good as many as 66 people (89.2%).
