Telah dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Bentuk-Bentuk Stimulus Soal Materi Struktur Atom Pada Buku Kimia Yang Digunakan Oleh Beberapa Sma Negeri Di Kota Banda Aceh”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik soal-soal pada materi struktur atom kelas X SMA pada buku ajar terbitan Erlangga ditinjau dari tipe HOTS dan untuk mengetahui jenis stimulus yang terdapat pada soal materi struktur atom kelas X SMA tahun ajaran 2022/2023 pada buku ajar terbitan Erlangga yang dipakai di Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui Analisis butir soal pada materi struktur atom kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas dari kategori soal HOTS dan LOTS dan instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar analisis juga dilengkapi dengan soal pada materi struktur atom kelas X SMA tahun 2022/2023. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata soal berkatagori Hots pada buku ajar (A) sebanyak 13% sedangkan soal berkatagori Hots pada buku ajar (B) sebanyak 17,1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis HOTS berjumlah 20 soal dan analisis bentuk - bentuk stimulus berjumlah 20 soal.

A research entitled "Analysis of Stimulus Forms on Atomic Structure Materials in Chemistry Books Used by Several State High Schools in Banda Aceh City has been carried out". This study aims to find out the questions on the atomic structure material for class X SMA in the textbook published by Erlangga in terms of the HOTS type and to determine the type of stimulus contained in the atomic structure material for class X SMA in the academic year 2022/2023 in the textbook published by Erlangga used. in Banda Aceh. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collected through item analysis on the atomic structure material for class X Senior High School from the HOTS and LOTS question categories and the instrument used in the form of sheet analysis is also equipped with questions on the atomic structure material for class X SMA in 2022/2023. The results of data analysis show that the average value of the Hots category questions in textbooks (A) is 13% while the Hots category questions in textbooks (B) are 17.1%. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the HOTS analysis found 20 questions and the analysis of stimulus forms opened 20 questions.
