Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit menerbitkan surat edaran melaksanakan vaksinasi booster. Jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 semakin bertambah setiap harinya. Tenaga kesehatan menjadi garda terdepan dalam berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien COVID-19. Resiko tertular penyakit tersebut pada para tenaga kesehatan sangat besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat tenaga kesehatan melakukan vaksinasi booster COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala (Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 12 sampai 19 September 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan total sampel sebanyak 46 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara non-probability sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara wawancara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 46 responden yang peneliti tanyakan terdapat 39 orang (80,4%) berminat untuk melakukan vaksinasi booster sedangkan 7 orang (19,6%) lainnya tidak berminat. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa faktor health immunity, kenyamanan bekerja, tempat bekerja, akses perjalanan, dan aktivitas sosial mempengaruhi minat tenaga kesehatan melakukan vaksinasi booster di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala (Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz), sedangkan faktor efek samping tidak mempengaruhinya.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control, issued a circular letter to implement booster vaccinations. The number of positive cases of COVID-19 is increasing every day. Health workers are at the forefront of interacting directly with COVID-19 patients. The risk of contracting the disease to health workers is very large. The purpose of this study was to find out the interest of health workers in carrying out COVID-19 booster vaccinations at the Syiah Kuala University Teaching Hospital (Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz). This research was conducted from 12 to 19 September 2022. This research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach with a total sample of 46 people. Sampling in this study was conducted by non-probability sampling. Data collection was done by interview. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that the 46 respondents who were asked by the researcher were 39 people (80.4%) interested in getting a booster vaccination, while 7 people (19.6%) were not. This study also shows that the factors of health immunity, work comfort, work place, access to travel, and social activities affect the interest of health workers to carry out booster vaccinations at the Teaching Hospital of Syiah Kuala University (Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz), while the side effect factor does not affect it.
