Meningkatnya kasus COVID-19 membutuhkan ketegasan dalam membuat perencanaan strategis terhadap tuntutan atau tantangan dalam menghadapi permasalahan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit. Pada saat bersamaan itu juga Rumah Sakit harus memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien umum dengan risiko penularan seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran penyesuaian pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan pada pasien COVID-19 dan non COVID-19 mayoritas terlaksana yaitu 36 responden (100%), antisipasi penularan terhadap tenaga kesehatan dan pengguna layanan mayoritas terlaksana yaitu 34 responden (94,4%), penerapan protokol pencegahan COVID-19 mayoritas terlaksana yaitu 36 responden (100%), fase menyediakan fasilitas perawatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 mayoritas terlaksana yaitu 36 responden (100%), fase terintegrasi sistem penanganan COVID-19 di daerah mayoritas terlaksana yaitu 36 responden (100%) dan pelaksanaan kembali pelayanan yang tertunda mayoritas terlaksana yaitu 35 responden (97,2%). Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, penyesuaian pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 telah terlaksana dengan baik, sehingga diperlukan pengawasan oleh pihah manajemen Rumah Sakit melalui SPO (Standar Prosedur Operasional).

The increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia requires determination in making strategic plans for dealing with demands or challenges in hospital service. At the same time, hospitals must provide care to general patients while minimizing the risk of transmission. This research aimed to find an overview of healthcare service adjustment in the teaching hospital of Universitas Syiah Kuala. This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design. The population is 36 nurses at the teaching hospital of Universitas Syiah Kuala. The sampling technique used total sampling. The data was collected by a questionnaire arranged according to the literature. The result showed that the majority of services for COVID-19 patients and non-COVID-19 patients are carried out smoothly, namely among 36 respondents (100%). Furthermore, the anticipation of transmission to health workers and patients among 34 respondents (94.4%), the implementation of health protocol to prevent COVID-19 among 36 respondents (100%), the availability of healthcare facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic among 36 respondents (100%) were also carried out very well. The integrated phase of the COVID-19 handling system in the majority of areas was carried out well, namely 36 respondents (100%), and the majority of delayed service re-implementation was carried out well, namely 35 respondents (97.2%). According to the result of the research, the healthcare service adjustment during the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out very well. Hence, the hospital management needs to supervise based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
