Perubahan iklim dan cuaca akhir-akhir ini sangat ekstrim dan sulit diprediksi. Perubahan iklim tersebut terjadi karena adanya perubahan variabel iklim, seperti suhu udara dan curah hujan yang terjadi secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Kota Banda Aceh sebagai ibu kota provinsi Aceh telah mengalami perkembangan pesat baik dari segi pembangunan kota maupun peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Bagi manusia, berdasarkan nilai indeks kenyamanan termis selama 30 tahun terakhir, populasi yang tinggal di Kota Banda Aceh merasakan kenyamanan termis pada kategori kondisi tidak nyaman (dirasakan oleh sebagian besar populasi). Kondisi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh adanya peningkatan suhu udara. Sehingga diperlukan adanya prediksi suhu udara untuk berbagai kebutuhan seperti membantu merencanakan kegiatan sehari-hari, melakukan pencegahan bencana, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam penelitian ini diterapakan metode rantai Markov terboboti dan Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain pada prediksi suhu udara mingguan di Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mengetahui hasil penerapan dan perbandingan tingkat akurasi metode rantai Markov terboboti dan metode Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain pada prediksi suhu udara mingguan di Kota Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data suhu udara mingguan kota Banda Aceh dari 1 November 2019 s/d 4 November 2021. Hasil prediksi suhu udara kota Banda Aceh menggunakan metode rantai Markov terboboti atau Weighted Markov Chain (WMC) pada tiga minggu ke depan didapat suhu udara sebesar 26,5℃. Hasil prediksi suhu udara kota Banda Aceh menggunakan metode fuzzy time series Markov chain pada tiga minggu ke depan di peroleh nilai prediksi adalah sebesar 26,66℃ untuk minggu ke-105, 26,79℃ untuk minggu ke-106 dan 26,83℃ untuk minggu ke-107. Tingkat akurasi MAPE metode WMC yaitu sebesar 1,5% dan metode metode fuzzy time series Markov chain sebesar 1,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa MAPE metode MWC lebih kecil dari metode FTS-MC maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pada penelitian ini prediksi suhu udara menggunakan metode WMC lebih baik dilakukan daripada metode FTS-MC.

Recent climate and weather changes are very extreme and difficult to predict. This climate change occurs due to changes in climate variables, such as air temperature and rainfall that occur continuously over a long period. The city of Banda Aceh the capital of the province of Aceh has experienced rapid development both in terms of urban development and increasing population. For humans, based on the value of the thermal comfort index for the last 30 years, the population living in Banda Aceh City feels thermal comfort in the category of uncomfortable conditions (felt by most of the population). This condition is influenced by an increase in air temperature. So it is necessary to predict the air temperature for various needs such as helping to plan daily activities, carrying out disaster prevention, and so on. In this study, the weighted Markov chain method and the Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain were applied to the weekly air temperature prediction in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of the application and comparison of the accuracy of the weighted Markov chain method and the Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain method on weekly air temperature predictions in Banda Aceh City. The data used is the weekly air temperature data for the city of Banda Aceh from November 1, 2019, to November 4, 2021. The results of the prediction of the air temperature in the city of Banda Aceh using the Weighted Markov Chain (WMC) method in the next three weeks, the air temperature is obtained at 26.5℃. The results of the prediction of air temperature in Banda Aceh using the fuzzy time series Markov chain method for the next three weeks, the prediction values are 26.66℃ for the 105th week and 26.79℃ for the 106th week and 26.83℃ for the 10th week. 107th week. The accuracy of the MAPE WMC method is 1.5% and the fuzzy time series Markov chain method is 1.7%. This shows that the MAPE of the MWC method is smaller than the FTS-MC method, so it can be said that in this study the prediction of air temperature using the WMC method is better than the FTS-MC method.
