Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pendidikan, upah, dan kesempatan kerja terhadap partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2012–2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel dan memilih pendekatan Random effect model. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari data persentase partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan, pendidikan, upah dan kesempatan kerja yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan upah dan kesempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2012–2021. Pemerintah daerah dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, upah dan tersedianya kesempatan kerja yang memadai bagi tenaga kerja perempuan di Provinsi Aceh.

ABSTRACT Title : The determinants of female labor participation in Aceh Province Author : Nurhaliza NIM : 1801101010050 Faculty/Department : Economics and Bussines/ Development Economics Supervisor : Zulkifli, S.E., M.Si Consentration : Human Resource Economy This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of education, wages, and employment opportunities on the participation of women workers in Aceh Province in 2012–2021. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with a panel data regression method and chooses a random effect model approach. The data used is secondary data, which consists of data on the percentage of female labor participation, education, wages, and job opportunities sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The results of this study indicate that education has a negative and significant effect, while wages and employment opportunities have a positive and significant effect on female labor participation in Aceh Province in 2012–2021. Local governments can improve the quality of education, wages, and the availability of sufficient job opportunities for the female workforce in Aceh Province.
