Kinerja perawat selama pandemi Covid-19 berbanding terbalik dengan kinerja
sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Selama pandemi Covid-19 perawat harus
menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan kondisi, seperti pola penatalaksanaan
penerimaan pasien saat pandemi Covid-19. Perubahan kondisi tersebut diduga
dapat berimbas pada kinerja perawat dan kepuasan pasien dalam memberikan
pelayanan asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
tingkat kinerja perawat dan kepuasan pasien selama pandemi Covid-19 di ruang
rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis
penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana dan pasien rawat inap RSUD
Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive
sampling sebanyak 55 perawat pelaksana dan 110 pasien. Alat pengumpulan data
adalah SOP (standard operating procedure) penilaian kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit
Umum Daerah Meuraxa Banda Aceh dan Patient Satisfaction Scale (PSS). Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat berkategori baik yaitu sebanyak
34 responden (61,8%) sedangkan kepuasan pasien sebanyak 64 orang pasien
(58,2%) menyatakan puas. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat di
ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh selama
pandemi Covid-19 memiliki kategori baik dan pasien menyatakan puas terhadap
pelayanannya. Diharapkan kepada institusi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa
Kota Banda Aceh dapat memberikan dukungan atau motivasi kepada perawat agar
ditingkatkan lagi kinerjanya supaya dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan dan
harapan pasien serta mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit semakin meningkat

Nurses' performance during the COVID-19 pandemic is inversely related to performance prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses were forced to adapt to changing conditions, such as the tendency to manage patient admissions during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is believed that changes in these conditions affect nurse performance and patient satisfaction with the provision of nursing services. This study aimed to determine the level of nurse performance and patient satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Meuraxa hospital ward, Banda Aceh. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The population of this study was implemented by nurses and inpatients at the Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh City, using a purposive sampling technique of up to 55 nurses and 110 patients. The data collection tools are the assessment of nurse performance using the Meuraxa Regional General Hospital Banda Aceh Standard Operating Procedure and the Patient Satisfaction Scale (PSE). The results showed that the nurse's performance was in a good category, with up to 34 respondents (61.8 per cent). whereas patient satisfaction reached 64 patients (58.2%) reported being satisfied. The finding demonstrates that the performance of nurses at the Banda Aceh Meuraxa Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic was in a good category. In addition, patients indicated satisfaction with their services. It is hoped that Meuraxa Hospital will be able to provide support or motivation to nurses to enhance their performance. Moreover, nurses are able to meet all the needs and expectations of patients and ensure that the quality of services in hospitals increases.
