 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang kuantifikasi nilai densitas optik dan kontras resolusi dari hasil CT-Scan abdomen, pada anatomi organ abdomen serta organ normal dan abnormal pada organ hati dan ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi nilai densitas optik organ normal dan abnormal dari hasil CT-Scan abdomen. Nilai densitas optik diperoleh dengan cara menentukan titik segmentasi pada citra anatomi organ abdomen serta organ normal dan abnormal pada organ hati dan ginjal dengan menggunakan software Image-J. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan nilai densitas optik pada masing-masing anatomi abdomen. Dimana organ lambung memperoleh nilai densitas optik tertinggi yaitu 2.224, sedangkan organ usus kecil memperoleh nilai densitas optik terendah yaitu 1.948.  Organ normal dan abnormal menujukan adanya perbedaan nilai densitas optik, dimana organ normal memperoleh nilai densitas optik lebih tinggi dibandingkan organ abnormal. Citra organ normal lebih putih dibandingkan organ abnormal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai densitas optik sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepadatan dari struktur penyusun organ tersebut. Semakin tinggi perbedaan nilai densitas optik yang diperoleh maka semakin tinggi nilai kontras resolusi.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
The research on quantification of optical density values and contrast resolution of the abdomen CT-Scans, on the abdomen as well as organs of normal and abnormal livers and kidneys has been done. This study is aimed to determine the condition of the optical density values of normal and abnormal organs from abdomen CT-Scans. The optical density values are obtained by determining a segmentation points on the anatomical image of abdomen as well normal and abnormal livers and kidneys by using the Image-J software. The result of the study showed that there were differences of optical density in abdomen anatomy. The gastric obtains the highest optical density valued of 2,224, while small intestine has the lowest one of 1.948. Meanwhile normal and abnormal organs show the difference  in optical density values, whereas normal organs have higher optical density values. In addition, the image of normal organs is whiter compared to the abnormal on based on these results it can be inferred that the optical density values strongly depends on the density of materials composition of the organs. The higher the difference in optical density the higher the contrast resolution value.&#13;
