Keberhasilan dari suatu sistem informasi tidak terlepas dari sudut pandang&#13;
pengguna dalam pengalamannya mengoperasikan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini&#13;
bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem KRS online Unsyiah melalui analisis&#13;
tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berdasarkan model end user computing satisfaction&#13;
(EUCS), yang terdiri dari substansi isi, akurasi, format, kemudahan penggunaan,&#13;
dan ketepatan waktu. Lima  substansi dasar ini akan menjadi acuan dasar dalam&#13;
penyusunan kuesioner. Sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa S1 Fakultas&#13;
Teknik Unsyiah sebanyak 330 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan&#13;
kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode customer&#13;
satisfaction index (CSI) dan important performance analysis (IPA). Hasil uji&#13;
validitas menunjukkan bahwa dua puluh satu butir pernyataan kepada responden&#13;
dinyatakan valid. Hasil analisis dengan metode CSI menunjukkan bahwa tingkat&#13;
kepuasan terhadap layanan KRS online termasuk pada kategori rata-rata dengan&#13;
nilai 69,60%. Hasil analisis dengan metode IPA menunjukkan bahwa ada 57,14%&#13;
variabel yang berada dalam kategori memuaskan, dengan rincian bahwa layanan&#13;
sistem KRS online memiliki empat variabel yang harus diprioritaskan untuk&#13;
dilakukan perbaikan dan memiliki delapan variabel prestasi yang kini sudah&#13;
sesuai dengan harapan. Adapun hubungan antara metode CSI dan IPA dapat&#13;
dilihat dari parameter persentase nilai 69.60 % dan 57,14 %, yang sama-sama&#13;
berada pada interval 50,01% sampai 70,00% dengan kriteria average atau normal.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
 &#13;
The success of an information system is inspirable from the users perspective in&#13;
his experience when operating it system. This study aims to evaluate the&#13;
performance of Unsyiah's KRS online system through an analysis by level of&#13;
student satisfaction with the system services based on the end user computing&#13;
satisfaction (EUCS) model, which consists of substances content, accuracy,&#13;
format, ease of use, and timeliness. These five basic substances will be the basis&#13;
reference in the questionnaire preparation. The sample taken was 330 Unsyiah&#13;
engineering students. Data collection techniques were carried out using&#13;
questionnaires. Data analysis using the customer satisfaction index (CSI) and&#13;
important performance analysis (IPA) methods. The results of the validity test&#13;
show that 21 items of statements to the respondents were declared valid. The&#13;
result of analysis by using CSI method, show that KRS online system services are&#13;
included in the average category with a value of 69.60%. The result of analysis by&#13;
using IPA method, show that 57,14% variables are in satisfaction category with&#13;
the details that KRS online system has 4 variables that must be prioritized for&#13;
improvement and 8 variables are in line with student expectations. The&#13;
correlation between CSI and IPA methods can be seen from the percentage&#13;
parameter of value 69,60% and 57,14%, that have similarities in the interval&#13;
50,01% to 70,00% called average category or normal.&#13;
