 <note>ABSTRAK &#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan emosional&#13;
terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan personality sebagai pemoderasi. Studi empiris&#13;
dilakukan pada perawat RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh menggunakan kuesioner&#13;
sebagai instrument penelitian, yang mana sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar&#13;
131 orang. Probability Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel&#13;
dengan  metode  Simple  Random Sampling.  Metode  MRA  (Moderated  Regression&#13;
Analysis) digunakan  sebagai  metode analisis  data dengan  menggunakan  software&#13;
IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan emosional&#13;
berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepribadian berpengaruh&#13;
positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa&#13;
kepribadian meoderasi pengaruh kelelahan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja. &#13;
Kata Kunci : Kelelahan Emosional, Personality, dan Kepuasan Kerja&#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional exhaustion to job&#13;
satisfaction with personality as a moderating. The empirical study conducted on&#13;
nurses of RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh used a questionnaire as a research&#13;
instrument, which samples in this study of 131 people. Probability sampling is used&#13;
as a sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling. Methods MRA (Moderated&#13;
Regression Analysis) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS&#13;
22.  These  results  indicate  that  the  emotional  exhaustion  negatif  and  significant&#13;
impact on job satisfaction, personality significantly and positively related to job&#13;
satisfaction, and in addition showed that the personality moderate effect on emotional&#13;
exhaustion to job satisfaction. &#13;
