ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to find out what strategy is used in winning legislative candidates from Aceh Party in Aceh Jaya District Region in legislative election year 2014 and to know what support factor in winning legislative candidate of Parliament from Aceh Party in Region of Aceh Jaya Regency in the legislative elections in 2014. The focus of this research is to identify the winning strategy of DPRK legislative candidates from Partai Aceh in Aceh Jaya District in legislative elections in 2014 and to identify the supporting factors for winning legislative candidates from the Aceh Party in Aceh Jaya District Region in the legislative election year 2014. With the formulation of the problem in this research is how the strategy of winning legislative candidates from Aceh Party Party in Aceh Jaya District in legislative election Year 2014 and any factors that support the winning legislative candidate of Aceh Party in Aceh Jaya District Region in the legislative election t 2014. Partai Aceh is a local political party born from a peace agreement between the government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Free Aceh Movement with the spirit of Aceh's specificity and the vision of the mission of running the Helsinki MoU and BAL into the initial capital in the Aceh Party victory, the recruitment process of DPRK candidates from Aceh Party involving community leaders, Ulama and gampong leaders in giving birth candidates for representing the area in the stretcher by the Aceh Party with this spirit of togetherness Caleg which was promoted to represent the Aceh Party with the Community, in campaigning Aceh Aceh Aceh Jaya Party in addition to campaigning on the stage in provided by the KIP in each dapil also go straight to Gampong to stay in touch with the community and socialize the leading programs in order to have a direct proximity with the bottom community, Offer the programs of the pro-people Aceh Party such as Malem Dagang, education for all students, Life allowance for the Elderly, Electricity Account Fees Exemption, Escort Costs for referral patients and fertilizer subsidies and agricultural seeds. Because of these strategies, Aceh Party in Aceh Jaya District won a landslide victory by holding 10 DPRK seats out of a total of 20 in the legislative elections of 2014.

ABSTRAK
Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan dalam pemenangan caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014 dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung apa saja dalam pemenangan caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014. Adapun yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi strategi pemenangan caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014 serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung pemenangan caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014. dengan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana strategi pemenangan caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada pemilu legislatif Tahun 2014 serta faktor apa saja yang mendukung pemenangan caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014. Partai Aceh adalah partai politik lokal yang lahir dari perjanjian damai antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka dengan semangat kekhususan Aceh dan visi misi menjalankan MoU Helsinki dan UUPA menjadi modal awal dalam kemenangan Partai Aceh, proses rekrutmen caleg DPRK dari Partai Aceh dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, Ulama, serta tokoh gampong dalam melahirkan kandidat unggulan untuk mewakili daerah yang di usung oleh Partai Aceh dengan semangat kebersamaan inilah Caleg yang diusung menjadi perwakilan bersama Partai Aceh dengan Masyarakat, dalam berkampanye Partai Aceh Kabupaten Aceh Jaya selain berkempanye di panggung yang di sediakan oleh KIP di setiap dapil juga turun langsung ke Gampong-gampong untuk bersilaturahmi dengan masyarakat dan mensosialisasikan program-program unggulan supaya memiliki kedekatan langsung dengan masyarakat bawah, Menawarkan program-program unggulan Partai Aceh yang pro rakyat seperti Malem Dagang, Tunjangan Biaya pendidikan untuk semua pelajar, Tunjangan Hidup bagi Lansia, Pembebasan Biaya Rekening Listrik, Biaya pendamping untuk pasien rujukan serta subsidi pupuk dan benih pertanian. Karena strategi-strategi itulah Partai Aceh di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya menang telak dengan menguasai 10 buah kursi DPRK dari jumlah total 20 buah di pemilu lagislatif tahun 2014.
