THE INFLUENCE OF ATTITUDE, SUBJECTIVE NORM, PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL AND RELIGIOSITY ON THE INTENTION TO POSSESS HOME BASED ON ISLAMIC FINANCING PRINCIPLES IN BANDA ACEH By : Dhian Wahyuni Student Number : 1309200070007 Supervisor : 1. Shabri, SE, M.Ec ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and religiosity, both simultaneously and partially to have a home based on Islamic financing. The population are inhabitant from various range of age and income group resided mainly in Banda Aceh areas in 2015. Cross sectional data and using proportional stratified random sampling method were collected trough a survey, there are 100 respondent fulfilling the population criteria. Analised by descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and religiosity simultaneously have a positive influence on the intention to possess home based on islamic financing priciples; (2) attitude have a positive influence have a positive influence on the intention to possess home based on islamic financing priciples; (3) subjective norm have a positive influence on the intention to possess home based on islamic financing priciples; (4) perceived behavioral control have a positive influence on the intention to possess home based on islamic financing priciples; and (5) religiosity has no on the intention to possess home based on islamic financing priciples. Shabri, SE, M.Ec ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control, dan religiusitas, baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap niat memiliki rumah berbasis pembiayaan syariah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penduduk dari rentang umur yang berbeda dan berpendapatan tetap yang berdomisili di Kota Banda Aceh pada tahun 2015. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode proportional stratified random sampling dan data cross section, diperoleh 100 orang yang memenuhi kriteria populasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sikap, norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control, dan religusitas bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat memiliki rumah berbasis pembiayaan syariah; (2) sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap niat memiliki rumah berbasis pembiayaan syariah; (3) norma subjektif berpengaruh positif terhadap niat memiliki rumah berbasis pembiayaan syariah; (4) perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif terhadap niat memiliki rumah berbasis pembiayaan syariah; dan (5) Religiusitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat memiliki rumah berbasis pembiayaan syariah.
