 <note>Name  :  Nanda Asifa Student  No.  :  1106102020071 Study  Program  :  English  Education Title  :  Effective Classroom Management in Teaching Speaking  Keywords  :  Effective,  Management,  Classroom,  Teaching  Speaking   Classroom  management  is  an  essential  skill  in  teaching  speaking.  However,  there  is  no literature  review  which  discuss  about  how  classroom  management  in  teaching  speaking is.  Therefore,  this  research  is  aimed  at  finding  effective  classroom  management  in teaching  speaking.  The  writer  conducted  this  research  by  using  library  research  as  a method in  order  to  gain  the  data  from  research  conducted  by  experts,  journals,  articles  and books. After  collecting  the  data, the  writer  found  that  there are  many  opinions  from  experts about  classroom  management  in  speaking  class.  Based  on  those  experts’  statements,  it  can be  concluded  that  in  the  classroom  arrangement,  teachers  should  make  should  make students  comfortable  and  it  should  not  be  started  the  learning  activity,  and  students  have to  be  seated  in  circle,  horseshoe,  boardroom  style.  In  term  of  teacher-students  relationship, teacher  should  give  clear  instruction,  and  discuss  the  activity  with  the  students.  For  class activity,  teacher  should  be  able  to  force  students  to  speak  by  using  techniques  wich  can promote  active  students  participation  such  as  information  gap,  role  play  and  group dicussion.This  research  is  expected  to  be  useful  for  English  teacher  in  managing  speaking classroom  by knowing  the  sources  of classroom  management.</note>
