ABSTRAK Fera Amalia, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan gula pasir di Indonesia. Gula pasir di Indonesia dikonsumsi secara langsung oleh rumah tangga maupun industri. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk time series dari tahun 1991 sampai dengan 2010 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan instansi terkait lainnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga gula pasir Indonesia, harga gula merah, harga gula impor, jumlah konsumsi gula pasir perkapita, jumlah pendapatan perkapita, serta kurs dollar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap permintaan gula pasir. Indonesia's sugar is consumed directly by households and industry.
