Perancangan Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) di Banda Aceh dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap fluktuasi Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Perancangan rumah sakit mengikuti standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dan menyesuaikan tata ruang wilayah (RTRW) Banda Aceh. Proposal ini bertujuan merancang RSIA Banda Aceh sebagai Rumah Sakit Khusus Tipe B yang efisien, nyaman, dan berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan Green Architecture, yang mengintegrasikan unsur alam untuk menciptakan lingkungan penyembuhan bagi Ibu dan Anak. Perancangan ini diharapkan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bagi pasien dan tenaga kesehatan, mendukung efisiensi energi, serta membantu mencapai target SDGs 3. RSIA yang dirancang menjadi fasilitas kesehatan yang menekankan aksebilitas, fungsional ruang, nyaman, dan ramah lingkungan.

The design of a Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) in Banda Aceh is carried out as a response to fluctuations in the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). The hospital design follows the standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulations and is aligned with the spatial planning (RTRW) of Banda Aceh. This proposal aims to design a Type B specialized Mother and Child Hospital in Banda Aceh that is efficient, comfortable, and sustainable through a Green Architecture approach, integrating natural elements to create a healing environment for mothers and children. This design is expected to improve the quality of services for patients and healthcare workers, support energy efficiency, and contribute to achieving SDG 3 targets. The proposed RSIA emphasizes accessibility, spatial functionality, comfort, and environmental sustainability.
