Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh psychological capital dan budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement dengan perceived organization support sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan kontrak PT.SBA Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui bantuan perangkat lunak AMOS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan kontrak PT.SBA. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 227 responden, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan table Issac dan Michael. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Psychological capital berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement 2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement 3) Psychological capital berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived organization support 4) Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap perceived organization support 5) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement 6) Psychological capital berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement melalui perceived organization support 7) Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement melalui perceived organization support

SBA ACEH By ALISA SHARFINA YUZKA Student ID: 24012020010008 Concentration: Human Resource Management Primary Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Muslim, S.E, MBA, Ak, CA Assistant Supervisor : Dr. Teuku Roli Ilhamsyah Putra, SE, MM This study aims to examine the influence of psychological capital and organizational culture on employee engagement with perceived organizational support as a mediating variable on contract employees of PT. SBA Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through the assistance of AMOS software. The population in this study were contract employees of PT. SBA. The sampling technique used simple random sampling of 227 respondents, the determination of the number of samples using the Issac and Michael table. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Psychological capital has a positive effect on employee engagement 2) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee engagement 3) Psychological capital has a positive effect on perceived organizational support 4) Organizational culture has no effect on perceived organizational support 5) Employee engagement has a positive effect on employee engagement 6) Psychological capital has an effect on employee engagement through perceived organizational support 7) Organizational culture has no effect on employee engagement through perceived organizational support.
