Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh leader member exchange dan perceived organisational support terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement pada PT Bank Aceh Syariah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 200 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader member exchange, perceived organisational support dan work engagement berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction. Leader member exchange dan perceived organisational support berpengaruh terhadap work engagement. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil indirect effect ditemukan bahwa work engagement memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Leader member exchange dan perceived organisational support terhadap job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the influence of leader-member exchange and perceived organizational support on job satisfaction, mediated by employee engagement at PT Bank Aceh Syariah. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 200 respondents. The results indicate that leader-member exchange, perceived organizational support, and job engagement influence job satisfaction. Leader- member exchange and perceived organizational support influence job engagement. Furthermore, based on the indirect effect, it was found that job engagement partially mediates the influence of leader-member exchange and perceived organizational support on job satisfaction..
