ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2015 ABSTRAK Kondisi pasien kanker payudara menyebabkan keadaan umum semakin menurun dan dapat menjadi ancaman bagi pasien untuk dapat bertahan hidup lebih lama. Hal ini memberikan respon psikososial yang negatif bagi pasien kanker. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui konsep diri pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien kanker payudara. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk likert scale. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara terpimpin dengan berpedoman pada kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 29 Juli s.d 7 Agustus 2015. Hasil uji univariat didapatkan konsep diri pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dalam kategori kurang adaptif (55.2%), citra tubuh pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dalam kategori adaptif orang (58.2%), ideal diri pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dalam kategori kurang adaptif (58.2%), harga diri pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dalam kategori kurang adaptif (56.7%), peran diri pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dalam kategori adaptif (59.7%), identitas diri pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dalam kategori adaptif (50.7%), Peneliti mengharapkan bahwa pasien kanker payudara memiliki konsep diri yang adaptif sehingga pasien dapat mempertahankan kesehatan dan meningkatkan konsep dirinya. ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH 2015 ABSTRACT The condition causes the breast cancer patient's general condition declined and may pose a threat to patients to survive longer. This provides psychosocial responses were negative for cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to determine self-concept of breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in 2015. This research uses descriptive correlative research method with cross sectional study. The population in this study were all patients with breast cancer. The sampling method is purposive sampling. Data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire in the form of Likert scale. Data collection techniques used were interviews guided by referring to the questionnaire. Data collection is done on the 29th July to 7th August 2015. The results of univariate obtained self-concept in breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in the category of less adaptive (55.2%), body image in breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in the adaptive category (58.2%), base themselves on breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in the category of less adaptive (58.2%), self-esteem in breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in the category of less adaptive (56.7%), the role of self in breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in the adaptive category (59.7%), identity in breast cancer patients at the Regional General Hospital dr.
