Abstrak srikandi 2018 faktor-faktor penyebab konflik dan penyelesaian sengketa lahan antara masyarakat kecamatan trumon timur dengan pt. asdal fakultasilmusosialdanilmupolitik universitassyiah kuala (iv,60), pp., bibl., app. (ubaidullah, ma) konflik sumber daya alam termasuk konflik lahan semakin marak terjadi dalam dekade terakhir ini, konflik akan selalu hadir ketika sumber daya alam menjadi perebutan antara masyarakat dengan pt. asdal konflik bisa terjadi dimana saja, kapan saja dan oleh siapa saja baik bersifat vertikal maupun horizontal.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja penyebab terjadinya konflik lahan antara masyarakat kecamatan trumon timur dengan pt. asdal dan kebijakan pemerintah dalam penyelesaian konflik lahan antara masyarakat kecamatantrumontimurdengan pt. asdal. metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya deskriptif. informan penelitian ini terdiri pihak pt. asdal, masyarakat yang terlibat konflik, anggota dprk dan tokoh masyarakat. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa konflik yang terjad iantara masyarakat kecamatan trumon timur dengan pt. asdal disebabkan oleh factor tindakan pihak pt. asdal menyeroboti lahan perkebunan milik masyarakat seluas 500 ha yang terdapat di desa titi poben, desa kapal dan desaalu bujok. selain faktortersebut, konflik ini terjadi juga dikarenakan dana corporate social responsibility (csr) dari pihak perusahaan tidak tersalurkan kepada masyarakat. dalam upaya menyelesaikan konflik antara masyarakat kecamatan trumontimur dengan pt. asdal pihak pemerintah khusus nyaanggota dprk melakukan beberapa kebijakan di antaranya membentuk timpeninjau lapangan penyelesaian sengketa, mengadakan kerjasama dengan badan pertanahan provinsi aceh dan badan pertanahan kabupaten aceh selatan. kata kunci:konflik, masyarakat trumon timur, pt. asdal abstract srikandi 2018 causes factors of land dispute conflict between communities of east trumon sub-district with pt. asdal faculty of social science and political science syiah kuala university (iv,55), pp., bibl., app. (ubaidullah, ma) natural resource conflicts including land conflicts are increasingly prevalent in the last decade, conflicts will always be present when natural resources become a struggle between the community and pt. asdal conflict can occur anywhere, anytime and by anyone whether vertical or horizontal. this study aims to find out what are the causes of land conflicts between the people of east trumon district and pt. asdal and government policy in resolving land conflicts between the people of east trumon district and pt. asdal.this research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of research descriptive. the informants of this study consisted of pt. asdal, the community involved in the conflict, members of the dprk and community leaders. data collection techniques are carried out by interview and observation. based on the results of the study it can be seen that the conflict that occurred between the people of the east district of trumon and pt. asdal is caused by pt. asdal grabs 500 ha of community-owned plantation land in titipoben village, kapal village and alubujok village. in addition to these factors, this conflict also occurred because the corporate social responsibility (csr) funds from the company were not channeled to the public. in an effort to resolve the conflict between the people of east trumon district and pt. asdal, the government, especially the members of the dprk, carried out several policies including forming a field review team for dispute resolution, collaborating with the aceh provincial land agency and the south aceh regency land agency. keywords: conflict, east trumon society, pt. asdal
