Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai kantor dinas kesehatan aceh oleh: deddy iskandar nim : 1309200020074 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing utama : dr. mukhlis yunus, ms pembimbing pembantu : dr. m. shabri abd. majid, m.ec penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan dan insentif terhadap motivasi kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai dinas kesehatan aceh. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner kepada 213 orang pegawai instansi tersebut yang diambil secara proporsional sampling menurut bidang kerja. selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik structural equation model (sem)-amos. penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai dinas kesehatan aceh. motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh ketiga variabel eksogen tersebut terhadap kinerja pegawai. efek mediasi yang ditimbulkan oleh motivasi kerja merupakan parsial mediasi. kata kunci : kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan dan insentif. abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduated program of syiah kuala university the employee’s work motivation and performance of the aceh health agency officers by : deddy iskandar sn. 1309200020074 supervisor : dr. mukhlis yunus, ms co-supervisor : dr. m. shabri abd. majid, m.ec the study aims to investigate the effect of leadership style, education & training, and incentive on work motivation and their impact on the employee’s performance of aceh health offices. the data collection is conducted by distributing the questionnaire to 213 officers of the office which is selected by working-based proportional methods. then, the data was analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (sem). the study found that the leadership style, education & training, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance and work motivation of the employee of aceh health offices. the work motivation mediates the effect of the three exogenous variable on the employee’s performance. the mediation effect is a partial mediating. keywords: employee’s performance, work motivation, leadership style, education & training, and incentives.
