Ikan tawes (barbonymus gonionotus) merupakan jenis ikan air tawar yang memiliki laju pertumbuhan yang lambat, hal tersebut diduga dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pakan. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penambahan tepung daun kelor dengan dosis berbeda ke dalam pakan komersial untuk melihat pengaruh pertumbuhan benih ikan tawes. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan, yaitu penambahan tepung daun kelor sebesar 0%, 4%, 6%, 8% dan 10%. parameter yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan panjang dan berat mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik (lps), feed conversion ratio (fcr), dan survival rate (sr). data dianalisis menggunakan uji anova dan dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan. data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji anova dan dilanjutkan uji duncan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun kelor berpengaruh nyata (p0,05). pertumbuhan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor sebesar 8%, dengan hasil pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 0,48 ± 0,06 cm, berat mutlak 0,20 ± 0,03, laju pertumbuhan spesifik 0,50 ± 0,06 %/hari. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor kedalam pakan komersial dapat memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pertumbuhan benih ikan tawes. kata kunci: daun kelor, ikan tawes, pakan komersial



Abstract

Tawes fish (Barbonymus gonionotus) is a type of freshwater fish that has a slow growth rate, which is thought to be influenced by feed quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding moringa leaf flour with different doses to commercial feed to see the effect on the growth of tawes fish fry. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications, namely the addition of moringa leaf flour of 0%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%. The parameters observed included absolute length and weight growth, specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and survival rate (SR). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with Duncan's test. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA and continued with Duncan's test. The results showed that the addition of moringa leaf flour had a significant effect (P0.05). The best growth was obtained in the treatment with the addition of 8% moringa leaf flour, with absolute length growth results of 0.48 ± 0.06 cm, absolute weight of 0.20 ± 0.03, and a specific growth rate of 0.50 ± 0.06%/day. This indicates that the addition of moringa leaf flour to commercial feed can have a significant effect on the growth parameters of tawes fish seeds.
