Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh literasi digital dan locus of control internal terhadap pengembangan umkm dengan literasi kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh. jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif. pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, dan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 pelaku umkm kuliner di banda aceh.teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling, kemudian diuji dengan pengujian structural equation model (sem) menggunakan program smartpls 4. penelitian ini mengemukakan literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan umkm pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh, dan locus of control internal tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan umkm pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh, literasi digital berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi kewirausahaan pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh, locus of control internal tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi kewirausahaan pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh, literasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pengembangan umkm pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh, literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan umkm dengan literasi kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh, locus of control internal tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan umkm dengan literasi kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi pada umkm sektor kuliner di banda aceh kata kunci : literasi digital, locus of control internal, pengembangan umkm, dan literasi kewirausahan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of digital literacy and internal locus of control on the development of MSMEs with entrepreneurial literacy as a mediating variable in the culinary sector of MSMEs in Banda Aceh. This study is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection was obtained from the results of observations, and questionnaires with the number of respondents in this study were 110 culinary MSMEs in Banda Aceh. The sampling technique used was non- probability sampling, then tested by testing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 program. This study suggests that Digital Literacy has a significant effect on MSME Development in the culinary sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh, and Internal Locus of Control does not have a positive and significant effect on MSME Development in the culinary sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh, Digital Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Literacy in the culinary sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh, Internal Locus of Control does not have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Literacy in the culinary sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh, Entrepreneurial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Development in the culinary sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh, Digital Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Development with Entrepreneurial Literacy as a Mediating Variable in the culinary sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh, Locus Internal Control Does Not Have a Positive and Significant Influence on the Development of MSMEs with Entrepreneurial Literacy as a Mediating Variable in the Culinary Sector MSMEs in Banda Aceh Keywords: Digital Literacy, Internal Locus of Control, MSME Development, And Entrepreneurial Literacy.
