Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan perilaku terhadap pengadopsian transformasi e-government pada pegawai dinas pertanian dan perkebunan aceh dengan usia dan masa kerja sebagai variabel moderasi oleh : dara thursina nim: 1701202010078 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing utama : prof. dr. said musnadi, se, m.si pembimbing pembantu : dr. syafruddin, se, mba tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions dan perilaku pengguna terhadap pengadopsian transformasi e-government serta usia dan masa kerja sebagai variabel moderasi pada dinas pertanian dan perkebunan aceh. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas ini yang berjumlah 695 orang. pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling terhadap semua pegawai pada setiap dinas pertanian dan perkebunan aceh penentuan jumlah sampel minimal ditentukan dengan n rumus slovin. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 hipotesis direct yang ada 3 diterima dan 1 hipotesis yang tidak significant yaitu pengujian pengaruh facilitator conditions terhadap transformasi e-government karena memiliki nilai cr 0,234 serta nilai p yakni 0,815 yang tidak memenuhi syarat minimum ketentuan hipotesis diterima. hasil pengujian hipotesis moderasi gender dan masa kerja t untuk full model (simultan) terbukti ada perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok laki-laki dan perempuan serta masa kerja tinggi dan rendah dalam merespon inisiasi manajerial yang terkait dengan performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitationg codition dan user behavior terhadap penerapan e-government. kata kunci: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitationg codition dan user behavior, e-govt adoption, dinas pertanian dan perkebunan aceh, banda aceh

ABSTRACT Abstract of Final Paper Submitted of The Examination Committee in Partial Fulfillment of The Requirements for The Degree of Master of Management on Graduated Program of Syiah Kuala University EFFECT OF PRODUCT QUALITY, IMAGE CONGRUITY, AND CONTEXTUAL EXPERIENCE ON CUSTOMER PERCEIVED VALUE AND ITS IMPACT ON REPURCHASE DESIRES OF PACKAGING COFFEE CUSTOMERS: TESTING DIFFERENCES IN THE COFFEE SHOP, SWALAYAN AND SOUVENER OUTLETS By: DARA THURSINA SN: 1701202010078 Concentration : General Management Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Said Musnadi, SE, M.Si Co-Supervisor : Dr. Syafruddin, SE, MBA The purpose of this study was to see the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions and user behavior on the adoption of e-government transformation and age and tenure as moderating variables at the Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Service, totaling 695 people. Sampling was carried out using proportional stratified random sampling technique to all employees at each Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Agency, while determining the minimum number of samples in this study was determined using the Slovin formula. The results showed that out of 4 direct hypotheses, 3 were accepted and 1 hypothesis was not significant, namely testing the effect of Facilitator Conditions on e-Government transformation because it had a CR value of 0.234 and a P value of 0.815 which did not meet the minimum requirements of the accepted hypothesis. The results of testing the hypothesis of gender moderation and tenure t for the full model (simultaneously) prove that there are significant differences between male and female groups and high and low tenure in responding to managerial initiations related to Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitationg Codition and User Behavior. against the application of E-Government Keywords: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Facilitationg Codition and User Behavior, E-Govt Adoption, Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Service, Banda Aceh
