SASA ABAD MELENIUM, PENGARUH JENIS MIKORIZA DAN DOSIS EM4 (EFFECTIVE MICROORGANISMS-4) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN SERTA HASIL BAWANG MERAH (ALLIUM ASCALONICUM L.). Banda Aceh Fakultas Pertanian,2022

Abstrak. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang pengunaan jenis mikoriza dan dosis em4 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan 2 fakultas pertanian, universitas syiah kuala dan laboratorium hortikultura fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala. dilaksanakan dari bulan mei sampai juli 2021. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (rak) pola faktorial 3x4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 36 unit. faktor pertama adalah jenis mikoroza (m) dengan dosis 10 gram/tanaman. faktor kedua adalah em4 (e) dengan konsentrasi 0 ml ha-1; 3.5 ml ha-1; 7 ml ha-1; 10,5 ml ha-1. adapun peubah yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), jumlah anakan per rumpun, bobot brangkasan basah per rumpun (g), bobot brangkasan kering per rumpun (g), jumlah umbi per rumpun, diameter umbi (mm), bobot basah umbi per rumpun (g), bobot kering umbi per rumpun (g), produksi per hektar. hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi yang sangat nyata terlihat pada jenis mikoriza dan dosis em4, dengan jumlah daun, berat brangkasan basah per rumpun, brangkasan kering per rumpun, berat umbi basah dan berat umbi kering di usia 35 dan 42 hst. interaksi yang nyata terlihat di jenis mikoriza dengan dosis em4 di jumlah anakan pada 30 hst, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun. tinggi tanaman 28, 35 dan 42 hst, jumlah anakan 40 hst, diameter umbi dan potensi hasil memperlihatkan hubungan timbal balik antara jenis mikoriza dengan dosis em4 dan tidak berpengaruh. hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa jenis mikoriza dan dosis em4 terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah terdapat pada mikoriza glomus mosseae dosis 3,5ml em4. kata kunci : bawang, em4, mikoriza



Abstract

Abstract. This study is expected to provide information about the use of mycorrhizal species and EM4 doses on the growth and yield of shallots. This research was conducted at Experimental Garden 2, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University. It was carried out from May to July 2021. This study used a 3x4 factorial randomized block design (RDB) with 3 replications, so there were 12 treatment combinations and 36 units. The first factor is the type of mycorrhizal (M) with a dose of 10 grams/plant. The second factor was EM4 (E) with a concentration of 0 ml Ha-1; 3.5 ml Ha-1; 7 ml Ha-1; 10.5 ml Ha-1. The variables observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tillers per clump, weight of wet stover per clump (g), dry stover weight per clump (g), number of tubers per clump, tuber diameter (mm). , tuber wet weight per clump (g), tuber dry weight per clump (g), production per hectare. The results showed a very significant interaction seen in the types of mycorrhizae and EM4 doses, with the number of leaves, weight of wet stover per clump, dry stover per clump, weight of wet tuber and weight of dry tuber at the age of 35 and 42 DAP. Significant interactions were seen in the mycorrhizal species with the EM4 dose in the number of tillers at 30 DAP, and the number of tubers per clump. Plant height 28, 35 and 42 DAP, number of tillers 40 DAP, tuber diameter and yield potential showed a reciprocal relationship between mycorrhizal species with EM4 dose and had no effect. The results indicated that the best types of mycorrhizae and EM4 doses for growth and yield of shallots were found in mycorrhiza Glomus mosseae at a dose of 3.5ml EM4.
