Peran organizational citizenship behaviour dalam memoderasi pengaruh self esteem, locus of control dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi kejaksaan tinggi aceh arwinsyah malik*, muslim, sofyan magister manajemen, universitas syiah kuala, indonesia *corresponding author: malikarwinsyah@gmail.com abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peranan organizational citizenship behavior dalam posisinya sebagai pemoderasi hubungan yang terbentuk antara self esteem, locus of control, dan komitmen organisasi pada kinerja organisasi. penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor kejaksaan tinggi aceh dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 595 orang. adapun sampel yang didapat dengan menggunakan slovin, yaitu 239 pegawai, dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan peralatan statistik sem amos. hasil membuktikan bahwa pada seluruh variabel dalam penelitian ini telah berjalan dengan baik di kejaksaan tinggi aceh yang diuji dengan one sample test. kemudian, self esteem, locus of control, dan komitmen organisasi terbukti mampu mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan kinerja kejaksaan tinggi aceh. adapun keberadaan organizational citizenship behavior menunjukkan bentuk moderasi yang predictor untuk hubungan antara self esteem dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. sedangkan untuk hubungan locus of control terhadap kinerja organisasi, fungsi organizational citizenship behavior terbukti memoderasi secara murni. temuan-temuan ini menjelaskan bahwa model peningkatan kinerja organisasi pada institusi kejaksaan tinggi aceh adalah fungsi dari peningkatan esteem, locus of control, dan komitmen organisasi, yang mampu diperkuat dengan peningkatan pemoderasinya. kata kunci: self esteem, locus of control, komitmen organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior, kinerja organisasi



Abstract

THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR IN MODERATE THE INFLUENCE OF SELF ESTEEM, LOCUS OF CONTROL AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ACEH HIGH PROSECUTORY ORGANIZATION Arwinsyah Malik*, Muslim, Sofyan Master of Management, Syiah Kuala University, Indonesia *Corresponding Author: malikarwinsyah@gmail.com Abstract This research aims to examine the role of organizational citizenship behavior in its position as a moderator of the relationship formed between self - esteem, locus of control, and organizational commitment on organizational performance. This research was conducted at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office with a population of 595 people. The sample obtained using Slovin was 239 employees, and then the data was analyzed using AMOS SEM statistical equipment. The results prove that all variables in this research have run well at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office which was tested with a one sample test. Then, self-esteem, locus of control, and organizational commitment were proven to be able to influence and improve the performance of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. The existence of organizational citizenship behavior shows a form of moderation that is a predictor of the relationship between self-esteem and organizational commitment to organizational performance. Meanwhile, for the relationship between locus of control and organizational performance, the function of organizational citizenship behavior is proven to be a pure moderator. These findings explain that the model for improving organizational performance at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is a function of increasing esteem, locus of control, and organizational commitment, which can be strengthened by increasing moderation.
