Abstrak efek berbahaya dm adalah penurunan fungsi organ reproduksi jantan sehingga salah satunya menyebabkan terjadi penurunan motilitas spermatozoa yang dapat menyebabkan infertilitas. penelitian bertujuan mengetahui efek pemberian susu kambing fermentasi l. casei yang ditambah filtrat pandan wangi (pandanus amaryllifolius roxb.) terhadap motilitas spermatozoa tikus putih jantan yang menderita dm. dua puluh ekor tikus putih jantan dengan bobot badan 200-300 gram yang dibagi lima perlakuan yaitu p0 (normal), p1 (pemberian streptozotocin (stz)), p2 (pemberian stz + susu fermentasi), p3 (pemberian stz + filtrat pandan wangi) dan p4 pemberian (stz + susu fermentasi yang ditambah daun pandan wangi). pemberian perlakuan selama 14 hari. tikus p1, p2, p3 dan p4 dipaparkan dm dengan induksi stz secara intraperitoneal. koleksi spermatozoa diambil dari organ cauda epididimis. kualitas spermatozoa yang diamati adalah motilitas spermatozoa. data dianalisis menggunakan analisis of varians, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan nyata (p

Abstract
ABSTRACT One of the effect of DM is degreses. Of the function of the male reproductive organs, such as it’s motility. The problem of it’s is infertility. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving L. casei fermented goat's milk plus pandanus filtrate (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) on spermatozoa motility of male white rats suffering from DM. Twenty male of white rats are growen of 200-300 grams they are divided into five treatments, namely P0 (Normal), P1 (given Streptozotocin (STZ)), P2 (given STZ + fermented milk), P3 (given STZ + fragrant pandan filtrate) and P4 administration (STZ + fermented milk added with fragrant pandan leaves). The treatment was administered for 14 days. P1, P2, P3, and P4 mice were induced with DM through intraperitoneal STZ injection. Spermatozoa collection was taken from the cauda epididymis organ, and the motility of spermatozoa was observed. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and continued with Duncan's test. The results showed a significant difference (P
