Abstrak judul : analisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah sektor perlindungan sosial dan kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi aceh nama : jose firdaus sirait npm : 1801101010060 jurusan/fakultas : ekonomi pembangunan/ekonomi dan bisnis dosen pembimbing : ferayanti, s.e., m.si penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel perlindungan sosial dan kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi aceh tahun 2011-2020. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel dan memilih pendekatan model efek tetap (fixed effect). data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yang terdiri dari data pengeluaran pemerintah sektor perlindungan sosial, kesehatan yang bersumber dari direktorat jenderal pembangunan keuangan (djpk) dan data jumlah penduduk miskin yang bersumber dari badan pusat statistik (bps) provinsi aceh. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah sektor perlindungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah sektor kesehatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi aceh tahun 2011-2020. dari hasil penelitian, diharapkan pemerintah perlu memperbaiki pola distribusi dan alokasi dana perlindungan sosial agar program-program bantuan dan subsidi dapat lebih optimal dan tepat sasaran, seperti program keluarga harapan (pkh), program kartu prakerja, program bidikmisi, dan program lainnya. kata kunci: kemiskinan, pengeluaran pemerintah sektor perlindungan sosial dan kesehatan.

ABSTRACT Title : Analysis of the Effect of Government Expenditure on Social Protection and Health on Poverty in Aceh Province Author : Jose Firdaus Sirait NIM : 1801101010060 Faculty/Department : Economics and Business/ Development Economics Supervisor : Ferayanti, S.E., M.Si This study aims to determine the effect of social protection and health variables on poverty in Aceh Province in 2011-2020. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with panel data regression method and choose a fixed effect model approach (Fixed Effect). The data used is secondary data, which consists of data on government spending in the fields of social protection, health sourced from the Directorate General of Financial Development (DJPK) and data on the number of poor people sourced from the Provincial Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Aceh Province. The results of this study indicate that government spending in the field of social protection has a positive and significant effect on poverty, while government spending on health has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province in 2011-2020. From the results of this research, it is hoped that the government needs to improve the distribution pattern and allocation of social protection funds so that aid and subsidy programs can be more optimal and on target, such as the Family Hope Program (PKH), Pre-Employment Card program, bidikmisi program, and other programs.
