ABSTRACT This research was aimed to examine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and the previous years audit opinion both simultaneously and partially on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. The population in this reseacrh is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009.
